Part-Time Quality Assurance Analyst
Dynamic Imaging Systems, a Marlton, New Jersey-based software company is seeking a Part-Time Quality Assurance Analyst to join their team. We specialize in the development of photo imaging and biometric software and integration services for the law enforcement industry.
Position Overview
Dynamic Imaging Solutions has a small development team with highly skilled employees who are consistently creating new software products that are in need of rigorous testing cycles. We work in a fast-paced environment and have a willingness to guide and mentor individuals looking to work in the software industry.
Job Responsibilities
Dynamic Imaging is looking for a career driven individual to fill a Quality Assurance Tester position. The prospective employee will be responsible for testing the upcoming releases of our various software and hardware products. He or she must be very detail oriented and have a strong desire to learn computer, database and networking technologies. The prospective employee must also have the ability to think “outside the box” in order to find ways our software could potentially fail in a real-world environment.
Required Skills
A general list of skill categories are listed below:
- Proficiency with Windows XP, Vista, and Windows 7 Operating Systems.
- Microsoft Office Suite (MS Excel a must)
- Basic Database Experience (Access, SQL, or Oracle) preferred
- Working knowledge of networks (e.g. TCP/IP, Windows Domain Environments, Client/Server Communication)
- Software Installations and Configuration
- Excellent Communication Skills
