Dynamic Imaging Systems offers a variety of training options that can
be adjusted to meet your needs, budget, or schedule. Onsite training is included
as part of your initial installation. A train-the-trainer approach is used.
Training is minimally composed of Capture, Investigative and Administrative
training. Class sizes are typically limited to six attendees. Since Capture
and Investigative training is usually an hour or less, multiple training sessions
can be scheduled to accommodate the agencies’ shifts. Administrative training
includes screen mapping, forms, permissions and any issues that deal with the
underlying operations of PictureLink and related applications.
Additional training may be purchased in several forms, including telephone
support, online web training and return onsite visits. Documentation is always
available in both hard copy and electronic format to help refresh your memory.
