When you call our Customer Care Technical Support desk during standard business hours (9am to 6pm EST, Monday - Friday) you can count on reaching a person and not an automated phone system. If a technician is available, you will receive immediate assistance. Additionally, if your Agency elects after-hours coverage, we'll provide you with a 7/24 contact number and an on-call support technician will respond to you within an hour after receiving the message.
