Dynamic Imaging Systems offers a wide variety of warranty and support options, including standard, extended and 7x24. Each service level of maintenance provides different coverage and hours of operation. All maintenance levels entitle our customers to Dynamic Imaging software bug fixes, upgrades and version changes at no charge.

Dynamic Imaging Holidays 2014
Dynamic Imaging Support will be closed for the following Holidays. If you have a 7x24 contract please use your after hours number on these dates.
  • January 1st - New Year's Day
  • May 26th - Memorial Day
  • July 4th - Independence Day
  • September 1st - Labor Day
  • November 27th - Thanksgiving Day
  • November 28th - Thanksgiving Weekend
  • December 25th - Christmas Day
  • December 26th - Christmas Weekend


Standard Warranty and Support: (1st Year)
Dynamic Imaging Systems warranties all hardware included in our turnkey system for one complete year from delivery regardless of the manufacturer’s warranty. The warranty is for the repair or replacement of the component. The hardware is covered under depot maintenance; whereas, the agency sends the malfunctioning component to Dynamic Imaging Systems for repair/replacement. Upon repair/replacement, Dynamic Imaging Systems ships the component back to the agency. The warranty period begins on the date of delivery of the system(s).

Dynamic Imaging Systems will provide one-year technical support for the turnkey system(s) hardware and software. Technical Support is provided via telephone and is available between the hours of 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday excluding holidays. Dynamic Imaging Systems will provide PictureLink software warranty and updates for a period of one year from date of delivery.

*PC coverage is On-Site Support.


Standard Warranty and Support: (2nd Year)
If a system component is malfunctioning, Dynamic Imaging Systems will supply a loaner during the repair of the component. The loaner component will be shipped overnight to arrive the next available business day. Customer will be responsible for getting malfunctioning component sent back to Dynamic Imaging Systems, at their cost, within 5 days.

Technical Support is provided via telephone and is available between the hours of 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday excluding holidays. Extended Warranty and Support: (1st & 2nd Years)
Dynamic Imaging Systems warranties all hardware included in our turnkey system for one year regardless of the manufacturer’s warranty. This warranty period begins on the date of delivery of the system(s). If a system component is malfunctioning, Dynamic Imaging Systems will supply a loaner during the repair of the component. 7x24 Warranty and Support: (1st & 2nd Years)
Same as ‘Extended Warranty’ above, in addition:

Technical Support is provided via telephone and is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days per year. Dynamic Imaging Systems will provide PictureLink software warranty and updates for a period of one year from date of delivery.

PC coverage is On-Site Support.

Extended Warranty: 9:00a.m. – 9:00p.m. Sunday through Saturday, excluding holidays
7x24 Warranty: 24 hours/day, 7 days per week, 365 days per year

Length of Available Contracts:
Dynamic Imaging Systems offers all of its Maintenance Contracts in one-year increments.

Upgrades:
As long as the agency maintains a maintenance contract at any level with Dynamic Imaging Systems, the agency is entitled to bug fixes, upgrades and version changes at no charge. However, the maintenance contract does not include on-site installations for software upgrades. Dynamic Imaging Systems will make telephone support available for agencies that want to perform their own upgrades.

The maintenance contract does not cover hardware upgrades. Bug fixes and updates completed within a released version can generally be applied to supplied existing hardware. Version changes may require the agency to either upgrade or provide new equipment adhering to Dynamic Imaging Systems’ minimum equipment specifications to support the new version. All hardware upgrades will be the sole responsibility of the agency and is not covered under any Dynamic Imaging Systems’ support or maintenance contract.
